Although you and I aren’t together, I still believe you are the best thing that ever happened to me. I’m pretty sure you and I can work things out and one day be together again. I just need you to know that I’m still totally and completely in love with you and I’m sorry for all the pain I’ve caused you throughout our entire relationship. I’ve never should have hurt you the ways I did, but in so many ways, you hurt me just as much. I can’t get over you, just like that, because you’ve affected my life so dang much. I’m okay with waiting, but if you never show, I’m movin’ on out. You were my first love, and I’ll never find someone like you ever, and those memories will never die in my mind.
